Christmas Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. We estimate the last day for Christmas delivery to be Wednesday 13th December for International Express Post. Whilst we will do everything we can to dispatch promptly, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas as this is carried out by a third party. We will not dispatch on public holidays due to warehouse closures.
You will receive email alerts and/or text updates with tracking details of your order once it has been dispatched. To track your order please enter your tracking number on AusPost tracking.
If you are not home to receive your delivery, NZ Post will leave a ‘Parcel For You’ card with instructions on the next steps for you to take in order for you to receive your parcel. We will endeavour to make sure that the products listed on our website correctly show stock availability and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email to arrange a full refund or replacement.

Please note that our Australian Warehouse is closed during the holidays and the following will apply:
• Orders placed from 1pm (AEDT) Friday 22nd December will be despatched Wednesday 27th December.
• Orders placed from 1pm (AEDT) Friday 29th December will be despatched Tuesday 2nd January 2023.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders that total $70 NZD or more. For orders less than $70 NZD a shipping cost of $12 NZD will be charged.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivery can take between 5- 12 business days. We deliver via Australia Post to anywhere within Australia and New Zealand.
